Transform Your Swing
- Transform Your Swing is available for ages 12 and up.
- Transform Your Swing is an 8-Week, Twice per Week results based program.
- Each series begins with the TPI Physical Screen Evaluation.
- The results of the evaluation determine the design of the golf fitness program.
- Each individual program is customized.
- Programs can encompass muscle pattern re-training, re-strengthening or increased development of strength, power and explosiveness.
- All programs involve balance and core training as well as stretching,
