Transformations By Sean Michael offers a variety of options to accommodate various training styles:

- Small Group Training (3-4 people)
- Boot Camps and Special Event Training
Each session is created with your personal goals and results in mind. Every skill level can be accommodated as well as every exercise can be modified to provide the most benefit as well as challenge. Strict attention is paid to form to ensure a safe progression of workouts. Injuries can be worked around or worked on depending on the severity. Communication is key and vital to the success of the relationship as well as your progress.
PRICING FOR PERSONAL TRAINING IS AS FOLLOWS:
Rates are $95 per session. Packages can be be purchased in 8 week increments. Acceptable forms of payments are: Cash, Check, Credit Card, PayPal and Venmo. All sessions are to be used within 6 months of starting date. 24-Hour cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
Once per week: $760
Twice per week: $1,520
Three + per week: $2,280
