From our initial consultation until you have made your greatest transformation, I am confident that you will have made the best investment into your health and longevity. Furthermore, your investment will result in healthy and consistent weight loss, decreases in cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetic numbers as well as stress levels!

- First visit we will sit and discuss what your goals are, current activity level and any health/injury concerns
- Introduce you to Jackie Philbin, Nutrition Coach, who will help you create personalized nutritional plans that will give you the optimal caloric intake for your weight loss/gain goals and as well as monitor and track your progress..
- Provide you with Waiver of Liability, Cancellation Form and Training and Accountability Contracts
- Take measurements, weigh-in and compute body fat percentage
- Above statistics will be taken monthly and be emailed to you for your records
Once completed, we will go over the importance of form in all your exercises in order to workout safely, effectively and without injury. My rule is to never sacrifice form for extra weight. With proper alignment and mechanics your body will be stronger than before, allowing for greater gains and faster goal accomplishments! Monotony is a killer not only to your muscle growth and progress but your motivation levels. Each workout will be challenging, progressive and different from the one before. Through the use of weights, bands, balls and your own strength and coordination we will get your heart rate up and burn the most calories efficiently to maximize the time we have together.
